2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The phjiliplus Platform is operated for and directed at players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the phjiliplus Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. phjiliplus makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) phjiliplus account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phjiliplus reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to have multiple accounts and to forfeit any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. phjiliplus reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 KYC Verification. phjiliplus is required by Philippine regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all players. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID) and proof of your payment method before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjiliplus account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phjiliplus immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phjiliplus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phjiliplus account, whether or not authorized by you. phjiliplus reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at its sole discretion.
phjiliplus strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Never share your phjiliplus Login credentials with anyone. phjiliplus staff will never ask for your password.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phjiliplus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. phjiliplus does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. phjiliplus does not accept credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phjiliplus is ₱200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at phjiliplus's discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 2.5. Once KYC is complete, phjiliplus processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. phjiliplus reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the phjiliplus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.1 General. phjiliplus offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit requirements, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your phjiliplus account must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phjiliplus reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from that bonus if phjiliplus determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play with other players to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
5.4 Modification and Cancellation. phjiliplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 RNG Certification. All phjiliplus casino games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) streamed in real time from professional studios.
6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, phjiliplus reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction. phjiliplus will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the affected bet amount.
6.3 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the phjiliplus server logs shall be the definitive record. phjiliplus's decision on disputed game results shall be final and binding.

9.2 Limited License. phjiliplus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not use the phjiliplus name, logo, or any other phjiliplus branding in any manner without the prior written consent of phjiliplus.
10.1 No Warranties. The phjiliplus Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phjiliplus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjiliplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phjiliplus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall phjiliplus's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjiliplus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. phjiliplus shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, power outages, internet service disruptions, or any other force majeure event.
phjiliplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phjiliplus Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phjiliplus complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in its handling of all player personal data.
phjiliplus reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, phjiliplus will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and phjiliplus arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who believe that phjiliplus has acted in violation of its PAGCOR license conditions may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through the appropriate regulatory channels.
